In Viniyoga there's no single correct way to perform a posture.

The postures are NOT law, NOT rules, NOT straitjackets.

In Viniyoga there are a million correct ways to perform the same posture based on the thousand different people performing the posture MULTIPLIED by the thousand different effects those same people might be trying to get from that posture on that day, in that hour or in that minute.

In Viniyoga we adapt the form of every posture to suit you as an individual.

We adapt your stance, every part of your movement, how long you hold the posture, how long you rest, your breathing - even your thinking and any chants, mantras or prayers you might use to suit the constantly changing needs of your body, your mind, your emotions, your philosophy, your beliefs and your spirit.

Every time we perform a posture it's custom fitted especially for you.
